The Founder
Peter Hodson founded Coxmate in 2002 after stepping down from a Managing Director’s role at a engineering company. Peter is a Master’s rower with years of experience and a loove of the sport. He took his passion and extensive business knowledge to create a start up focused on the rowing community which has now grown to include other water sports.

Coxmate is devoted to watersports offering products designed by rowers for rowers and other water sports.
We provide exceptional value for money, typically 40% less than comparable products. We also ensure durability and a guarantee of performance through a warranty.
